Communication via online contact form

You can contact us on the website via the online form in order to request services or send any questions to the e-mail address. It is also possible to contact us directly via e-mail or regular mail or with the help of telecommunication sources. When you fill in the request for inquiry, comments or questions in our online form, it is mandatory to fill in the fields: “name and surname”, “e-mail address” and “message”. It is also necessary to explicitly confirm that by sending us an inquiry, comments or question via the contact form, you have agreed and are aware that your information (name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number) will be kept in our database for 2 years after you provided us with the contact form, for the purpose of keeping customer records and ensuring correct communication. Moreover, you can request us to delete your data at any time, by using the contact form here. If you do not indicate that you agree to the privacy policy, your email request will not be successfully forwarded. We need your personal information to answer your inquiry related to our services. We only process the data you enter in the online form, if this is necessary for our business and storage (archiving). The data controller will keep the personal data of users for only as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is collected and managed.

Donations

The website allows the collection of donations to support the campaigns of the Guardians of Forest Specialists. The following data is collected through the donation process:

  • country
  • email address
  • amount of donation and type of payment
  • bank details

Newsletters

You will receive newsletters only if you sign up for them in the process of donation and agree with the newsletter terms. Information about your email is stored until you cancel your subscription to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the highlighted link in the received message.

Protection Policy practice

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the data controller’s personal information protection is set by the Data Protection Policy Rules. All full-time or part-time employees of the data controller who have access to personal and other user data are familiar with the provisions of the Rules on Personal Data Protection and the duty to protect personal and other data of online store users and are obliged to comply with these provisions on personal data confidentiality and privacy. The duty to protect personal and other data is valid indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the data controller.

Users rights

We have an obligation to process personal data only for the purposes for which they were collected. You can always request access to your personal information that we process. You are also entitled to receive at any time the information (copy) about processing your personal information and to demand a correction, prohibition of use or erasure of your personal information.
